Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We will only return the product for store credit, not the shipping charges. Any clothing or items that smell like smoke, perfume or other scents will not be returned. All tags must be attached. Any tags that have been removed will not be accepted for return or exchange. There is a return limit of 3 items per month, no exceptions. No liquids are returnable as they are considered final sale.
You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
We do not allow any cancellation of orders once they have shipped. Once the order is placed, it is final. If you wish you cancel an order that has not yet shipped, store credit will be issued only and a 10% handling fee will be subtracted from your store credit refund to cover all processing fees incurred when the order was placed. 
 
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on SALE items. ALL SWIMWEAR/BRAS/UNDER GARMENTS is final sale, no returns. ALL PERFUME and BEAUTY is FINAL SALE. All sales are final on items that have been marked down.We will only accept one coupon code per order. If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% or more or purchase an item in our SALE categories, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us. 
 
We do not issue refunds if discount codes are not entered at checkout. You must enter the code at checkout to receive the discount if you checkout with out the code being entered, we are unable to issue a refund or store credit. Please double check this before checking out. 
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please do not send any items back without approval. Failure to do this will result in a "return to sender" and package/return will be denied. Please let us know why you are returning as well:
