Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the country. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped and stamped delivered, even if you claim to not receive them. Once the item is marked delivered with the correct address, you must file a claim with USPS regarding your order. We will not replace any items that were not received if a packaged is marked delivered.
Once an item is shipped from our location, the responsibility is now that of the carrier. If a package is not received after it leaves our location, a claim must be filed by you with the appropriate shipping company. We do not issue refunds based on delayed or lost packages. Holidays often cause delays in shipping and this matter must be taken up with the carrier, i.e. USPS or UPS.
Any package that arrives damaged, must be reported to the carrier, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for the condition of the package upon arrival. We take great care in packaging our items safely and carefully. If they are damaged once they leave, you must file a claim with the carrier and not with us.
All orders of $100 or more, ship for FREE! If you place orders within 12 hours of each other, then you will only pay shipping one time if the order is under $100. If you place multiple orders that are 12 hours or more apart, than you will be required to pay shipping for each order even if we package the orders together.
Please keep in mind we cannot ship on Holidays or Weekends after the postal service is closed. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. We are usually pretty quick, as we ship every day except Sundays. Shipping time does not included weekends and holidays as the Post Office is closed on those occasions.
If you choose local pickup, all orders will be picked up at 4161 Garrett Highway, Oakland, Maryland 21550. You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. Our pickup room is open 24/7 and arranged in bins by last name. Thank you
